White Paper

Børge Kjeldstad and Giorgio M. Kufoalor from Maritime Robotics AS, along with Jon Ulvensøen from Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge (University of South-Eastern Norway), have written a whitepaper for ZAWAS on how to use the existing Guarding Regulations to document the safety of operations with unmanned vessels. The whitepaper focuses on the bridge watch function and also indicates the technology that the bridge watch can rely on. The paper has been developed through, among other things, working meetings within the context of ZAWAS and has been peer-reviewed by Jason McFarlane from HYKE - Hydrolift Smart City Ferries, and Oyvind Smogeli and Tobias Rye Torben from Zeabuz.
